On June 28, 2016, eight students majoring in 2013 new energy science and engineering from the school of energy, Xiamen University came to our company for a two-week production internship. The purpose of this activity is to enable students to deepen their understanding of the new energy and power electronics industry, broaden their horizons, increase their knowledge and accumulate experience through visits, studies and practical operations, so as to lay a good foundation for future work and study.

The internship starts with understanding the company. The manager of the Administration Department of our company introduced the development history, corporate culture, organizational structure, rules and regulations of the company in detail, and led the students to visit the product exhibition hall, so that the students had a basic understanding of avic-tec; In the afternoon, colleagues from the R & D center introduced the power electronics knowledge, power technology and industry outlook, as well as the design characteristics and concepts of our products to the students in detail.

In the next period of time, 8 students will be arranged to study in the manufacturing center, participate in different product production lines, learn and actually carry out the assembly, debugging and design of power electronic equipment.

In recent years, the company has become an industry university research cooperation base and student training base of Xiamen University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Minnan Normal University.
