On June 27th, 2018, the 10th APEC SME technology exchange and Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the 10th APEC "Technology Exhibition") kicked off at Shenyang International Exhibition Center on the occasion of the United Nations SME day.

APEC is the highest level, largest and most influential economic cooperation organization in the Asia Pacific region. Since its establishment in 1996, the APEC SME technology exchange and exhibition has become the largest, the highest specification and the most influential SME exhibition under the APEC framework. It has achieved fruitful results in promoting economic and trade exchanges, scientific and technological cooperation and people to people exchanges among SMEs in the Asia Pacific region, and has played an important role in expanding opening up and promoting the high-quality growth of SMEs.

The 10th APEC "Technology Exhibition" was co hosted by the Ministry of industry and information technology and the people's Government of Liaoning Province. With the theme of "innovation promotes development • cooperation creates the future", continue to uphold the concept of technology, innovation and cooperation, and focus on the new generation of information technology industry, power equipment, energy conservation and new energy vehicles, aiming to achieve product display, achievement sharing and technical exchange among enterprises in 21 APEC member economies, and deepen practical cooperation between China and small and medium-sized enterprises in member economies, Enhance the international competitiveness and sustainable development capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises.

This "Technology Exhibition" has the largest exhibition area and the largest number of exhibitors and booths in previous exhibitions. The Ministry of industry and information technology, all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, APEC member economies, and countries and regions along the "the Belt and Road" organized high-quality enterprises to participate in the exhibition.

Since the third session, the technology exhibition has been held in China regularly, once every two years.
