On the morning of March 17, 2017, the National Nuclear Safety Administration organized and held the "exchange meeting of class 1E transformer and power equipment license applicants" in Beijing. The purpose of the meeting is to better understand the status of the application equipment industry, the design and manufacturing capacity, quality assurance capacity and nuclear safety culture of each application unit, so as to facilitate the national nuclear safety administration to carry out follow-up license review and supervision. At the meeting, general manager xiefuhua, on behalf of avic-tec, made a solemn commitment to the National Nuclear Safety Administration: avic-tec will do its best to support the development of the national nuclear power industry, in strict accordance with the regulations on the supervision and administration of civil nuclear safety equipment (Order No. 500 of the State Council), the regulations on the supervision and administration of the design, manufacture, installation and nondestructive testing of civil nuclear safety equipment (haf601) and other laws and regulations, The requirements of relevant standards and quality assurance program for nuclear power products, earnestly implement the quality policy of "everything for reliability", ensure the effective operation of nuclear quality assurance system, carry out fine control over nuclear power products, provide stable and reliable products and services for nuclear power plants, and contribute to the development of China's nuclear power industry. Hu Xinyi, the sales director of avic-tec, gave a detailed report on the progress of the company's research, development and production of nuclear power products, which was affirmed by the leaders and experts of the nuclear safety bureau.

After the reporting of each application unit, the first nuclear power division will carry out the "publicity and implementation of the application process and regulatory requirements for the design and manufacturing license of civil nuclear safety equipment". Guochengzhan, deputy director of the National Nuclear Safety Administration and director of the first division of nuclear power, made a final summary. He said: enterprises entering the nuclear power field are highly recognized by the state for their capabilities and responsibilities. Everyone should attach great importance to them and always be in awe. In the near future, the state will restrict enterprises by law. Therefore, the safety responsibility of nuclear power industry is not only corporate safety responsibility, but also social safety responsibility and national safety responsibility.
